Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Staff Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst to support the International Business Area as part of the Gobal Mission Command and Control, (GMC2) Operating Unit within our Business Management organization on-site in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Staff Program Cost Schedule andamp; Control Analyst will interact with various operating unit, business area, and division staff to solve reporting program issues and meet reporting requirements. In addition, the Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, control account managers (CAMS) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
